30-Day Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us via email at hello@brillbuy.co.uk with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a returns address and any specific instructions
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Post the item back to us (we recommend using a tracked service)
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
  • Items must be in their original packaging where applicable
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email)

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage costs.
