Small Antique Smoking Pipe Hookah pipe, Inlay enamelled body, excellent

Here we have a very unusual and small antique Smoking Pipe/Hookah pipe. This has a lovely Inlay enamelled body that is in really good condition showing only the lightest signs of wear. The pipe comes with one attachment to fill the body and two attachments for the smoking end. These can be stored in the relevant places in the body as can be seen from the pictures.There is also a small brass item that looks like a finial that came with this when I got it. I cannot work out what this is for or where it goes or even if it should be with this pipe. I suspect not. This would originate from the middle east, China or Japan. I have never used this pipe so I cannot guarantee it works but I don't why it should not as it appears to be complete and undamaged. The overall length is 313 mm. The body is 75mm x 65mm x 35mm.
