This is an original BMW first aid kit from the late 80s / early 90s, the type supplied with the BMW E32 7 Series (and also used across some E34 5 Series and other models of the era).

The box features the classic BMW design with the E32 7 Series illustration on the lid. A really nice period-correct accessory if you’re restoring a car to factory spec, showing at events, or just want that authentic OEM detail in the boot.

Condition is good for its age – the case shows some light marks from storage but nothing major. Contents appear complete but please note they are well past expiry, so this should be treated as a collectible/display item rather than relied on for actual first aid use.

A rare piece of BMW kit, and these don’t come up often in this condition!
