Handcuffs Special two tone TCH

Very rare opportunity to buy these special TCH handcuffs. They are a restricted issue as they are two tone to ensure they are returned to the correct department. The key is also different to a standard handcuff key, They are used but are in good condition and the serial number is clearly visible.
