Antique Carved Horn Drinking Vessel

A 19th century horn drinking vessel with a carved spiralled handle and an open bowl, with a small bronze bird applied to the side. It is in good condition with surface patina in accordance with age, and some wear to the edge of the bowl - please see the photos. It measures 30cm long and approximately 4cm tall. This item does not contain any animal or part of an animal of a species listed in Schedule 5 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act, or the Schedules to the Wildlife Acts 1976-2000. This item does not contain any animal or part of an animal of a species listed on Annex A of the EU Wildlife Trade Regulations. This item has been checked against the Annex A or B list of the EU Wildlife Trade Regulations. Item is crafted from bone deriving from a bos taurus.
