25kg bag of Whiskey Barrel Chunks / Bourbon blocks - These are cut sections of used whiskey barrel staves and tops. These smoking chunks are hand cut staves from used bourbon barrels. This wood has mellowed some of the finest spirits produced in Kentucky. The bourbon permeates the white oak creating a truly unique smokey flavour. Ideal for the fast approaching cold evenings on the fireplace or log burner at home as well as an outside grill, smoker or kettle BBQ in the summer.
